Our musicians work hard to be gig ready, but when they are they need an audience to appreciate and encourage them.  This way they grow in confidence and their performances get better and better.

 If you are planning your wedding or event and want live music at an affordable price then look no further.   We can provide solo artists or bands and will aim to cater for the genre of music that you are looking for.

 

 Price will be dependent on the experience of the act and you will be able to watch a video clip of all of our artists before deciding upon who to choose.

 

 Band A Artists:  These are experienced artists and performers with more than 2 years of experience on the live music scene.  We will be able to provide you with testimonials and video clips of their performances and in many cases the artists will have demo CD’s which we can send to you.

 

 Band B Artists:  These are artists with some experience; they will have been gigging on the live music scene for between 6 months and 2 years and will have gained in confidence and ability.  We will be able to provide you with some testimonials and video clips of their performances and in some cases the artists will have demo CD’s which we can send to you.

 

 Band C Artists:  New artists that have been gigging on the live music scene for under 6 months. They will have a minimum of 10 live gigs under their belt, however, these may have been at the Music Academy Annual Festival of Music or at various other shows which the academy supports.  Performance experience will have also have been established by entering into ‘open mic nights'.  All will have a video clip available for viewing, some may have testimonials and some may have demo CD’s.

 

New Opportunities: The Music Academy for Schools and Communities are always looking for outlets to allow our new musicians to practice in front of a live audience.  These musicians play free of charge in order to build up their experience and confidence.  If you are organising a charity event or open mic night and are looking for musicians new to performing to come along then please get in touch with us.
