Music Academy for Schools and Communities

Schools can take advantage of a M.A.S.C. music Workshop designed to give children a fun, interactive and creative insight into a wide range of different instruments from Europe and around the world. The children will play instruments and learn about the history of the instrument and its use in music of the past and present. A range of accessability instruments are available for any children with special educational needs. M.A.S.C. will also come into school to hold daytime, private lessons in guitar or piano. Guitar tuition can be delivered in groups of 4 or individually and piano tuition in groups of 2 or individually. Currently M.A.S.C. are working with Keyingham Primary School, Victoria Dock Primary School and Aldbrough Primary School to provide music tuition in their own community
